Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the projector in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to JMGO

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
